OMFG my day is going from bad to worse!!

Just got my new cooker today because it broke down a while back and we'd had it fixed but it went again so decided to get a new one.  2 weeks ago the drier broke.  Now today I discover that the fridge has died too   I was wondering why my salad was tasting so warm and why the fridge stank of onions even though I had them covered properly.  Must have been broke for at least a day.

THEN I went to the kitchen to discover the ceiling looks like it's about to cave in and a big puddle on the floor.  The bathroom is directly above it so there's something wrong up there.

And I broke down in tears because my partner refused to believe the fridge was broke and kept saying it was just too full and went on to work.

Oohh yes!  I've had to by a new iron aswell!  I am at my wits end with her now

The council will do it Baz.  I just hope it doesn't cave in before they get around to it.  Will ring them first thing in the morning and hopefully they see it as an emergency.

Probably Baz but I am hoping it holds out as I'm off to bed early for a change.  I just hope I remember tomorrow because I have a head like a sieve these days!

just to give you an idea of how close in-laws are

their house is on right-the 1st white house by bus stop & the park is over the road on left

he's out of hospital living with his aunt-he wanted to go to the school today to see his girlfriend

his aunt thought it would do him good to see his mates

when he got there he told kids what had happened

but then wouldnt let go of his girlfriend-it scared her-it kicked off

kids got sent home early

we found out what actually happened

and it was on twitter just that the dad has pleaded not guilty to murder & 2 attempted murders

Aww poor boy  Hope his aunt has the strength to deal with his problems.  Mustn't be easy for her either if her sister is dead or even if it was her brother who murdered someone.  Coping with her own grief will be hard when she has to cope with his too and his future problems.

That's weird...  I've just been browsing new tumble dryer (it died a couple of months ago) and fridge freezers (mine was 2nd hand like 12+ years ago and is much on the way out.

Pirate i reckon you're right about Brandon poor lad, lets hope his aunt is made of strong stuff and is able to sort him out. How is his sister doing?

I can only imagine Pirate  Its multiple tragedies rolled into one for him. Hope there's a support system beyond his Aunt.
