My mother will buy the baby ridiculous frilly dresses with bows and frills and god knows what else.....and most likely headbands too  I don't really mind headbands as long as the flower on them isn't the size of the baby's head.  But it'll be next summer by the time my little one will be making use of headbands and hopefully she has some hair by then.  My boys had lots of hair....the youngest had ridiculous amounts of hair....but I bet the girl ends up being the bald one!

The youngest ^^

Years ago my poor nephews had theirs done when they were only a few weeks old.  It was the style back then but I always felt sorry for them having to endure it as a baby.  My eldest nephew still has his, 20 years later, he's also had the other done too

Awww see, that's what I meant about the flower being the size of their head!  I don't mind smaller headbands though so I won't lie and say I'll not put them on my baby, because I will

My daughter had the head bands

The ones my daughter used to wear were just like bands to keep the hair back (she was born with a pony tail ) and they mostly came as part of the outfit and matching pants to cover the nappy

Well done you  - where was it?

Believe it or not, as much as I was convinced I had NOT been upstairs when I noticed it was missing, I found it on the bedroom floor.

It was quite odd how I found it, I had tidied and cleaned the whole room, and just before I started vacuuming I noticed a ball bearing on the floor and thought to myself 'where's that come from?'. When I bent to pick it up I saw my diamond right next to it.

The thing is, I have been a right dirty cow while the bathroom has been getting done, it was pointless cleaning while husband had the whole house taken over with tools and bits and more bits and more bits AND yes you've guessed it more bits.

He's a messy pig, and I will one day rent a little apartment which is just mine, which will be clean and tidy all of the time. One day.

Ahhhh BUT, I wasn't there begging and asking so he might think "what a smashing lass" and buy it for me anyway. Plus we are Human League mates, so basically we're bezzies.
