My OH pulled out furniture and found nothing but that doesn't make me feel any better.  It could even have been fluff that got blown about because OH had the front door open but that doesn't make me feel any better.

did it look like this?

No Erin it most certainly wasn't as cute as that.......that's if it even WAS a mouse.  I'm doubting myself now as to whether or not I really did see something.

Soozy, yes, if I do think there is a mouse in here my OH will get his business partners cat.  He lives in a rural area so the cat is well used to finding these things.  Thing is....I'm a bit scared of cats too

Cheers for that she is due to go to the dentist, I had all four out when I was 16, I've still got them in a jar

Might be nice to have them made into a bracelet

Some inspiration for you ............................

I recently bought a new fridge from Currys. It was on a special offer with ÂĢ100 claim back. I read it all very carefully - TBH it was all quite convoluted - you couldn't claim back before 21 days or after 60 and it could only be done online etc.

I was sat last night trying to complete the four stage procedure. I completed stages 1 and 2 but try as I might I couldn't get through to stage three. I remembered this morning so rang the help line ....................it was pretty easy to do it and the guy knew exactly what the problem/blip was.

I really can't see why this 'blip' couldn't be corrected - I'm certain (especially after speaking to the help line) that the majority of people would have problems.

It seems to me that they like to make it as tricky as possible in the hope that people forget to claim back in the first place or get thwarted with the online application and give up.

It's very cunning really isn't it? I'm sure most plod on and get it sorted but I'll bet Curry's save themselves a few bob by people that simply give up trying or can't be bothered.

Lovely fridge incidentally ...........I bought in a bit of a hurry and chose very rashly/randomly but I'm quite delighted with it.

Just waiting for the ÂĢ100 to be put into my account and I'll be made up.

Soozy Carphone Warehouse had a similar 'scam' going with another company.  When I bought my phone in December there was a ÂĢ100 experience voucher included which couldn't be claimed until end of Jan (I think) and had to be done by a certain date in March.  Only thing is, you couldn't see the offers until you put in your code, then if you didn't print it out there and then the first time u put in the code then you lost your chance to claim.  But a lot of people found that when they tried to do it online a message would come up saying they had already claimed.  Just a whole balls up and obviously made that way to confuse people and have less people claiming their vouchers.

I didn't bother claiming mine in the end up because the options for my area were shit.

Great news. Kids eh, always a worry.

i wish kids could be like plants that you just plant in the earth and leave them to get on with it.  I used to want to come back as a Unicorn (first real one ever), but now I think a lily bulb is good.

Cinds

I've been to the beach today and am a bit burnt.  It was only when I got home that I remembered pregnant women burn a lot easier but it's too late now.

We've had some really lovely weather lately.  I love getting out and about in it.  We only walked around the beach, park and a little bit of town but I feel like I've been to an exercise class, I am knackered
