The nurse did say 1 in 4 people have a similar scar under their chin as it's really common.

My oldest son has a scar under his chin from a hockey stick. I was called to the hospital by a teacher from the school. When I arrived she said who's mum are you ................I said Tom W - there were two boys receiving attention. Tom my son who'd been hit with the hockey stick (during a game) and the boy who'd weilded the hockey stick who Tom had knocked out

Speaking of scars, my youngest has 2 scars in identical places to his dad, which were the results of very similar accidents.  His granny says having my youngest around is exactly like reliving my OHs childhood for her because he also looks just like him.

I found it very strange that the scars are in the exact same places but maybe they are just sensitive areas similar to that chin one.

Love it!

I went for a nap and woke to the smell of Chinese food wafting up the stairs.  Got up to get my grub only to find the OH had got food for him and the kids and nothing for me   How mean is that?

He has been guilted into driving me to Subway for a lovely subway club salad........and has been told he's also going to go back to the chinese later tonight and get me a special.  That'll teach him.

The war has begun!!!

I've had a very clear idea for my patio/ garden for a while now - talked it all over with Mr Woo - ordered the paving slabs and checked out all the bits and bobs. Now it's taking shape and the prep is all done ready to bring in the professionals Mr Woo is changing his mind and getting ridiculously complicated - tieing himself up in knots.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr - I know what I want - he simply has no idea and no vision.

It'll end in tears

Mr C used to be like that, now he just trusts my mental vision of how things will look when its all finished.

Probably Cinds

Although I need to tread carefully. The diet pill thing I posted about up there^^^ was a scam. I really can't believe how stupid I was - my mate e mailed and said her account had been hacked. I even considered that possibility but went ahead anyway..........................I can't even blame alcohol. I guess it was just a dizzy moment.

Had to cancel my cards and been onto the fraud squad etc. Mr Woo is gonna kill me

Oh dear .............just eaten the most delicious Caramel Frappe from M&S - indescribably wonderful.

I thought to myself 'that's amazing for low fat' .........just checked and guess what ...................it isn't low fat! I must have picked up from the wrong section.

I really should sharpen up my act a bit ...........I'm losing the plot.

I've finally managed to talk to a Talktalk employee who knows his stuff. He pinpointed my rooter to be the problem I've had for 2 months of interupted Internet watching. I had a rooter sent to me about a year ago but never used, so I've installed that and, halleluja, no buffering. I've watched Emmerdale, Great British Menue (sp), Holby City and 'Stand by me' on Netflix without any interuptions.

It really is Roger, my life is so curtailed by the illness that something like this can actually put me into a good mood.

I got her in the doctors this morning thinking it was her tonsils and he said no it was throat ulcers (I've never heard of that) and just told her to gargle aspirin she's in agony bless her, I've just googled it and gargling salt water does seem to be the only answer, if she's no better soon I'm going to take her back to the doctors
