I really really really hope it stops raining soon.  I've had too much time indoors which has resulted in the following being delivered over the past 2 days:

3 pairs of high heels

2 dresses

3 men's shirts

a microwave

a toaster

a kettle

a deep fat fryer

a home telephone

4 bras

half an exercise bike (OH is REALLY cracking up with that one)

a bingo game

groceries

and family fortunes game.

I need to stop internet shopping and get outside before my OH leaves me

*twiddles thumbs*

Sure am,are you a grabber MrsH?,if not here we go prepare to grab.

I love that whole forum for many reasons - spend a lot of time there when BB is not on   I used to use the codes and discounts a lot but not sure if I have grabbed

TBH I tread carefully now and look and hope what I find I can go in person to buy since having my card details frauduently used a few weeks ago   I am very wary now where to use it online

  I'm there now.

Ells it is funny.  I've had ice cube trays, 2 books, spa sanctuary stuff, a pink dog collar and currently awaiting the arrival of a dress.  You're right it really needs to stop raining.

Cinds

I'd be interested to see statistics on how much online shopping has increased during this bad weather. I'm like a woman gone mad

Just remembered I've got to look for a lilac colored handbag for my mum.

You can all help me if you want - she only wants a cheapie it's just a one off occasion.

Hi ho hi ho - online shopping I go Laters!

Soozy Woo

what/where  are your favourite online places to shop - all you bad weather obsessed shoppers

I hate shopping and start to have a browse and get fed up quickly

the only time I set in with avengence is if it is work related as I know I will find a better deal than MrH - he has no patience and would buy the first thing he found - I am more thrifty and profit conscious than him

Anywhere, everywhere, anything

Sometimes I'll think 'oh, I need a new toilet brush' (example) then decide I'll look online and then once I see what I want I'll decide I need a toilet roll holder to watch....then a soap dish to match....then a towel rail etc etc.

my Son uses Ebay a lot and this sounds like it could be helpful to him

There is a site called Goofbay that is free of charge. You put in a maximum bid for something and it will automatically place the bid with seconds to spare.

I use it all the time - it stops me getting into bidding wars. I decide what I'm prepared to pay and put in the bid and forget about it. I do lose quite a lot but I can live with that as I put in the max I'm sensibly prepared to pay - if someone wants to pay more so be it.

I find it useful. Happy bidding

I'm waiting on a book shelf for my cookery books and I'm ridiculously excited.

I've also ordered some wall sticker/art stuff .......................not too sure about them but can't wait for them to arrive. One of them is a silhouette of a washing line with little birds sat on it - I fancy it above the window in my kitchen - we'll see.

In a way I hope it's not that great as I could see me getting very silly and having them all over the house

Oooooh you've just reminded me that I bought one of those transfer things about a year ago for my bedroom, it was quite big and I forgot all about it.....it should be in the kitchen cupboards so I will find it this evening when I have to clear them all out for the workmen to arrive tomorrow.

Can't believe I had forgotten all about that!  It cost me more than forty quid too and I just go and chuck it in the cupboard!  It must have been raining when I ordered that too

That's what I do, if I make quite a bit of money it's spent online again before it even settles in my paypal.

The transfer wasn't in my cupboards  F*ck knows what I've done with it.  I dunno how I lose so much stuff in this house.
