'Thought of the day' is not his thought, I'm sure it would involve expensive cars.

But it's a left over from when Sir Terry of Wogan did the breakfast show, at 9.15 every morning he had a religious type in doing 'thought of the day' and Chris Evans has kept it on.

I love Chris Evans on my Radio 2 morning, but I sooooooo miss Terry Wogan and his 'Janet & John' episodes.

Almost - you must have realised that the moaning has stopped

I've got the tiles and am awaiting a date from the tiler - I need a bit of replastering where the plumber had to knock a hole through to the gas meter and then - ALL DONE! I am very pleased with it even as it stands. I can't do piccies but will try and get my daughter to do one when it's completed.

Hurrah..!

I liked him too.  Has Chris not had him on, I really thought he had

C'mon Joe, you're a man of the world, you must have loved Janet & John too.  (I even bought the cd's)

Just looked on You Tube - far too rude to post on here - I'd quite forgotten  Anyone who's interested 'Derek and Clive - Worst Job I ever had' - they really were a foul mouthed pair .

I'm not going to be drawn into this either. Though my favourite sketch was the one which ended, "Then he effin' hit me."

I'm sure that there is some Janet and John material here.

Just for Cinds benefit 'They have come to fill my hole today'. I know it's been bothering her.

I've just had an email with the title 'Inquiry from Heathrow Airport London UK'

and this is what it said.

Hi,

I am Tarsam Hayre, head of luggage/baggage storage facilities here at the Heathrow International Airport London UK. I am contacting you regarding an abandoned consignment box in our storage facility and the custom scan report of the box revealed an undisclosed sum of US dollar bill in it which could be approximately 4-5million dollars. The consignment box was abandoned here by a diplomat who was on transit to your country due to lack of proper delivery clearance paper and his inability to pay the required fee of 1,700pounds on the diplomatic consignment box for clearance delivery and the officIal document of the consignment box indicates your name, your address and your email address.

I have taken it upon myself to contact you personally about this abandoned box so that we can transact this as a deal and share the money 70% for you and 30% for me. I want you to provide me your full name, phone Number and full address and the nearest airport close to you to verify with the details in the official document. Immediately the confirmation is made, I will go ahead and pay for the clearance delivery Fee of 1,700pounds and arrange for the box to be delivered to you Or I can bring it myself to ensure a safe delivery but you have to assure me of my 30% share of the total money in the box. I can get everything concluded within 3-5days upon your acceptance. All communication must be held extremely confidential to ensure a successful delivery.

Do send the required details to my private email address (mr.tarsamhayre7@yahoo.com.my) for quick processing and delivery. I wait to hear from you urgently.

Regards,
Tarsam Hayre

Have fun tonight.  Drinking on a school night   I'll be asleep by the time you stumble home.

I have some on my living room aswell and have bought lovely stuff for the bedroom and bathroom.  I love it!

School nights are fine....I just have to drag myself out of bed to get the kids to school then I can sleep off the hangover (hopefully)

But I haven't got a breathalizer on my laptop so I have no way of keeping myself away.

I look forward to reading your posts. Have a good night, Ells.

Oh, I love a feature wall. One wall in our kitchen has been pained bright pink, then orange, then black and white wallpaper ... Is currently purple paint, but I am LOVING that paper a jolly lot

Rexi

I'm home.   I'm not effing amused.  Apparently I look like Katy effing Brand, Not amused whatsoever.  Aaaaaaand my mate's friend (who I love to bits) is apparently mad about me (Katie Brand). Which is now awkward.

FML.

On another note......boyfriend is not amused at the Katy Brand comparison and thinks I shouldn't acknowledge it..................................*goes to google*
