'Thought of the day' is not his thought, I'm sure it would involve expensive cars.

But it's a left over from when Sir Terry of Wogan did the breakfast show, at 9.15 every morning he had a religious type in doing 'thought of the day' and Chris Evans has kept it on.

I love Chris Evans on my Radio 2 morning, but I sooooooo miss Terry Wogan and his 'Janet & John' episodes.

Update on my kitchen  - it's pouring down here today so the job the builders were on has been put off. They've turned up out of the blue to do my tiling HOORAY!

I had the very naughty Derek and Clive CD's - anyone else have them. My favourite line - Oooooooooooooh Malibu - Malibu de bum bum.

Just looked on You Tube - far too rude to post on here - I'd quite forgotten  Anyone who's interested 'Derek and Clive - Worst Job I ever had' - they really were a foul mouthed pair .

I'm sure that there is some Janet and John material here.

I'm not going to be drawn into this either. Though my favourite sketch was the one which ended, "Then he effin' hit me."

his reply

'Yeah but you've got to have three kids' 

(They were offering free kids places).

I've just had an email with the title 'Inquiry from Heathrow Airport London UK'

and this is what it said.

No need to beg. This kind gadje got in touch last week to say that this nigerian brass hat had gone down with a 'plane and left me and him millions. I've just sent off a cheque for expenses.

Joe that's wonderful news (well not for the dead man).  And who would ever believed that such a thing could happen to two of us and in the same week.  They say things happen in three's so I predict another FM is going to come in to such good fortune too. 

How funny ...................I'm sat here waiting for my cheque from Nigeria. I sent the administration charges off a few months ago but there have been hitches (understandable really) ...................all good things come to those who wait.

You know policemen just seem to be getting younger and younger these days 

After days and days of searching I cannot find the chairs I want to go with my new table, so I've decided to go with the chairs that are with it in the picture I posted.

So instead I have decided to paper the wall behind where the table will be.

I love feature wallpaper Cinds.  Makes a huge difference to a room.

Just to warn you all.....I'm heading out tonight.  I shall be very drunk when I get home so if I post here then it will be a pile of shit and most likely full of spelling mistakes.

But I haven't got a breathalizer on my laptop so I have no way of keeping myself away.

Ells I have very bold wallpaper on one wall in my living room.

Have fun tonight.  Drinking on a school night   I'll be asleep by the time you stumble home.

I have some on my living room aswell and have bought lovely stuff for the bedroom and bathroom.  I love it!

School nights are fine....I just have to drag myself out of bed to get the kids to school then I can sleep off the hangover (hopefully)

I'm home.   I'm not effing amused.  Apparently I look like Katy effing Brand, Not amused whatsoever.  Aaaaaaand my mate's friend (who I love to bits) is apparently mad about me (Katie Brand). Which is now awkward.
