OK an update - think I've decided on my bathroom stuff - off tomorrow to see it/buy it in the flesh. Am now very, excited as I've got a great space to work in and the very best bit of all - I've bought one of those bathroom hairdryers that they have in hotels to fit near the vanity unit - I always find it such a pain to get out of the shower, get dried and then go into the bathroom to dry hair. Ooooooo it'll be like being on holiday

When I bought my baths I ended up in one of them! The mag, not the bath.

Although, obviously I did eventually get in the bath.

I really should delete and repost this when it's legible huh?

I've been going through the mags all day and the net. Gotta talk to my builder in the morning re a raised curved platform (i think he's gonna hate me) most people know what they want and have a clear idea - I make it up as I go along and have to be reined in. The electrician was here today ( he's lovely) - we were having a laugh - I was asking him if they were moaning about me upstairs - i think maybe there were a few  .

Thanks Xochi - I have had a look and got some ideas - my builder gets good discount at Jacksons - TBH - they all have pretty much the same/similar - AND - I've got to have the stuff pretty well immediately. It's only been a couple if nights but I so miss my bath. Bought a new washing up bowl in ÂĢ1 shop today it's like going back in  time - we never had a bathroom at home till I was about 13 - I think that's why I love my bath so much TBH.

I feel your pain (actually I don't because I've never denied myself a cocktail, but I do understand your craving)

I'm sure there's a few low(er) cal cocktails you could make Ells...?

I won't be able to resist if I go out tomorrow night.  But I will try to rein myself in

I think you should have a 5 day week, with the other 2 days for added liquids

Or seeing as how I pee every 5 minutes when drinking then it shouldn't really count should it?

Treadmill aerobics is hitting the American Gyms ,so it will certainly arrive here. You go at 7/7.5  at 8 km an hour.

I can do just under 6k per hour(normal treadmill) .
