You should put the kettle on... and share

Done ......................I didn't want to mention that it is actually a four pack of Picnics - thought it sounded a tad greedy but - if I've got to share - all good!

I LOVE picnics  I really want one now....dipped into tea.  The OH won't go to the shop though.

You don't get left to your own devices often, do you, Sooz?

You are so right. This is an annual holiday for Mr Woo - he has gone the same week every year for thirty years. I just love a bit of time out - as you can see I go a bit wild - I know how to live!

I'm so gob smacked.

I can tell you so much here, the rest is just beyond sick. (if I told you it all here, I would get banned, it's that sick)

To be honest, I don't know where to start.

So there's this couple that I know, I have known them for 8 or so years.  Have always known they were odd, they have a boy the same age as mine, but they are a very dysfunctional family.  Today I found out that, the guy used to be married to the ladies mother   But then there is another son, who is in his twenties, who I always thought was just his son and the ladies step son, it turns out, that they actually have the same mother.

So the couple were step father and daughter, but went off together, and her half brother is now also her step son

Complicated I know, but it gets worse, if you heard what the son (that's the step son/half brother) was telling us today.  That's where it gets beyond amusing and I actually feel sick.

Cinds

I'm still confused about it all, as in who is related to who.

To be honest though, I have lost sleep over what the son told me and Mr Cinds the other day.

I've just re read what I said, to me (because I know what I was saying it made sense)

I'll try again.

A man married a woman who already had a daughter, the man and the woman had a son together.  Some years later the man and the womans daughter got together and married.

The afore mentioned son, is a half brother but now also a step son to his half sister.

Now get your head around that.  Then the son (the one in the above sentence) came and talked to me & Mr Cinds and what he said was just wrong.

It's not just get your head around your dad now shagging your half sister wrong, it's disgustingly wrong.

No, not that I know of, no incest.  It was an action his father has apparently been finding funny, but that normal people would repel.

Well I'm pretty repulsed by what's been said so far^^^^ so, given that they're all shagging each other, I assume that the family pets might be fair game too?

If you're losing sleep then forget about it. It's not your problem.

Of what has been revealed so far I don't quite see what's so shocking. So step-dad and step-daughter marry, as long as he's not still married to the step-daughter's mum, there's nothing wrong legally - maybe a bit unusual though.

Keep up! That's not what's giving Cinds sleepless nights. There's more but she can't tell us, it's that depraved, and may lead to a ban. But seeing as you and Jen are mods you may be able to give Cinds a bye.

Ooooh! I dunno, but one woman's shocking is obviously another woman's 'so what?!'.

Presumably he was a father figure to this girl and then got into a sexual relationship with her? Presumably he was, at some stage, cheating on his wife with her daughter? And I wonder what age she was when it all 'started'?

That's a fair amount of presuming I know, but even so, I find it pretty shocking and it makes me feel a bit If you're not shocked, then fair enough, we all have different boundaries!

No, I know no more than anyone else.....* Makes note to watch Jeremy Kyle to lower my shock response* On second thoughts, perhaps not!
