I thought that it was feeling a lot warmer today. 

Then I realised that the dial on my thermostat was broken and the heating has been on, all day! 

Certainly not worthy of a thread ......................don't even know why I'm posting this but .................have any of you ever used that exp ..............................

I was going to say - expanding cavity wall foam. I had to have a hole knocked into my wall to do something to the gas pipe. Actually it was my brand new plastered and beautifully painted wall so suffice to say I wasn't happy.

However .........................the stuff is amaaazing - the cavity is filled and the foam all sort of mushroomed out. I was totally  - there I told you it was really boring but it doesn't take a lot to amuse me 

 I have heard of it.

Yes, I have had an expanding foam knocked in to my cavity.  It's brilliant 

Soozy I came on to talk about kitchen utensils, that's how boring I am.

But as I was cooking tonight, I was thinking how much I love the following 3 items. (So much so I even take them on holiday with me IF I am going somewhere that I can also cook).

I can see what the first two are Cinds, but what's the pink one?

I think it is used on nudist colonies, when frying stuff.

Yes, but Soozy the thread title needs to be something amazing.  If I was starting the thread, for example I would title it:

'My workmen just knocked a hole in my back cavity then filled it with foam'

OR

'For a cup of tea and a couple of biscuits I got my hole filled'

I just watched the last ever desperate housewives... i blubbed .. gutted.. yes i am sad

Not sad at all.  I did the same thing on Sunday when I watched it.

Clumsy even sadder that Kathryn Joosten the actress who played Karen McCluskey actually died last week.

I've not watched the last one yet... I'm saving it for the weekend when I can have a leisurely sob.

No, no.. you didn't, don't worry - I guessed Karen was going to die in this one (the trailers are even saying 'one woman will die')   I think she was fantastic - I sobbed last week too when Roy and Tom were chatting on the porch.   

I'm actually not sure how much more TV trauma I can take - I'm only just getting over the last episode of this season of Greys Anatomy.

I've just started watching Greys Anatomy.  I'm on season 2 and it's been quite good so far.  Had a nice wee blub at one of the eps so far but nothing too traumatic

KAFFY..................................I love Greys.  I was an emotional mess after the last one 

Season 2?  Get a job lot of tissues ready Ells.  Seriously.

I never usually watch weepy stuff so I might have a nervous breakdown if it's really sad lol.

I just watched Season 1... then it kept changing channels and I just came in again a couple of series ago.   I'd love to watch them all from the very beginning.  I know a lot of things that happen throughout them tho..  I don't just cry.. i do big gulping sobs.      I was sad for days after the last season finale.  

I'm going to bed, to cry again 

Greys kills me.

Mr Woo is away on a golfing jaunt - I have eaten crap all day - I was gonna make a spag bol tonight but had pate, crackers and peanuts. Now I'm fighting with myself as there is a Picnic in the cupboard - what should I do?

   I'm gonna worry till next year until I see if a certain person has his contract renewed... he's not looking so great at the moment!
