I think Ben just didn't improve enough, although, TBF, you could say the same about Mark. I don't think either of them belonged there anymore.
I would rather see Sophie being lobbed off. She doesn't show any soul in her dancing. It's like joining the dots; even her mother tried to tell her to put some feeling in to it and her mother is no good at emotion herself.
Gutted. Ben had improved since the beginning and he just had the 'dance that doesn't suit' this week, Mark hasn't really improved much at all and doesn't really dance at all. I love Mark, he just needs to not be there anymore.
I'd love to see Susanna and the joy that is Kevin from Grimsby win the series....they are the ones I look forward to every week.

I completely agree. She just goes through the motions. I hope she is more enthusiatic at home.
I think Sophie, and it's just my opinion, is very loyal to her husband and doesn't feel entirely comfortable being in another mans arms- especially in the dances that are supposed to be passionate, intimate or sexy.
She's a lovely dancer, a sweet girl and I'd like to see her stay in as long as possible.
Now, take abbey- clearly has no problem flinging herself all over aliash, to the point where she's almost dry humping him. Sophie just isn't that kind of girl, and I like that about her.
Ben vs Mark- I'm happy Ben went! He doesn't move, lacks personality and was never going to win anyway. The only thing I enjoyed about him was the fact that he's strong enough to allow Christina to show us some brilliant lifts, she's fantastic

Well said Summer. I thought Brendan summed it up really well, he choreographed a romantic rumba not a raunchy one. Sophie would have been uncomfortable with anything different in my opinion too.

Ah well, bye bye Totty.....it had to be one of those two, but sad it was Ben this week, it'll be Mark next, up against any of those left in. I think both Susannah and Sophie are in the firing line, but I hope when her turn comes,that Natasha goes, the judges are far too lenient with her mistakes and overmark her regularly

I think you are safe quarter final next week - semi final 14/15th so final will be the weekend after 22/23rd

I don't get how Patrick is still there, I don't rate him at all and I thought is dance last night was awful
It pains me to say it. but I think Abby should win. In the early days she seemed to be hanging off her partner like a sack of spuds, but she's improved 100%. Susanna always looks desperate and lumpy, Sophie can only do Ballroom; the only competition are Patrick and Nathalie.
