Len is head judge and has the casting vote.

Hi Duchess. Each judge has a vote to save one of the couples in the bottom two, but Len has the casting vote in the event of a tie.

Jake is my fav too.

I think she maybe thought that Pixie out was one less challenge to her winning

Len's vote for Simon meant it was a tie, therefore his casting vote kicked in which meant Simon was saved.

Basically in the event of a tie, Len's vote counts as two votes.

After 3 judges voted it was 2-1 to Pixie. Len voted for Simon making it 2-2 and as head judge he had a tie breaking vote as well.....and that went to Simon too, making it 3-2 to Simon.

Len voted and made it 3-1 didn't he? 

I really should pay more attention.... 

Craig voted for Pixie

Darcy voted for Simon

Bruno voted for Pixie

Len voted for Simon.

That made it a tie, so Len's casting vote kicked in and Simon was saved.
