Good question. Darcey was a fantastic ballerina but didn't do Latin and Ballroom. 

Out of the three guys, probably Len was the best and has the most experience.

Jamelia's a bit of a stomper in every sense.
The one good thing going for her is her natural rhythm and a very handy made to measure salsa bahooki complete with bandy legs.
