In dancing, being 'light on your feet' is an expression relating to how good your footwork is, not a direct correlation to your body size or weight.

Frankly, I think the implication (from the judges) is that she's not a clodhopper.

But she has never been as good as the judges made her out to be, I do feel that they are favouring her for PC reasons.
