I thought that. Long body which is very well developed as a result of his gymnastics and short, thin legs. I thought for a moment he was wearing those daft trousers that have the crotch just above the knee.

She was fab! No one out tonight, they all get another dance next week and the scores are combined. I think that's much fairer getting to see at least one ballroom and one Latin from them.

I forgot that no one goes tonight

Not very conducive to ballroom dancing I would have thought  I hate those trousers.

After almost eight years on the show Claudia Winkleman has decided to foxtrot away from Strictly: It Takes Two.

The longstanding BBC presenter has decided to quit the popular show because she wants to spend more time with her family.

The 40-year-old, who has children Jake, nine, Matilda, six and 13-month-old Arthur with Kris Thykier, will not be returning to the Strictly Come Dancing spin off.

We've been waiting YEARS for Girls Aloud to get back together and now it seems that the reunion is just ten days away.

And what's more, the latest gossip is that Girls Aloud will be reuniting on Strictly Come Dancing for their comeback performance.

Literally couldn't love this news any more. Girls Aloud plus sequins plus dancing equals our dream come true.

This morning Girls Aloud got us squealing with excitement with their website displaying a new homepage with the word 'TEN' above a clock counting down the days, hours, minutes and seconds until their reunion.

And now sources have revealed that it'll be their performance on Strictly Come Dancing. The countdown clock ends at 10 a.m on Saturday 19th October - meaning their performance will be that evening.

It's fair to say we're cancelling all our plans, marking that date firmly in our diaries, and sitting in front of the TV all day just in case we miss it.

Last weekend, fellow Girls Aloud bandmate Nicola Roberts popped down to see Kimberley in training.

And we're seriously hoping that this news means that we'll be seeing all five girls on the Strictly Come Dancing set, back on stage where they belong.

OK, we need to remember to breathe.
