Isn't the Graham Norton Show recorded earlier in the week whereas, unless otherwise stated, the Radio 2 interviews are broadcast live...?

That would mean that Len already knew what Ms Gobby had spouted and therefore felt obliged to deflect and do a bit of damage limitation i.e. put Jason back into the mix.

To discount a contestant BEFORE they've even set foot on the dance floor at this stage is wrong, downright mean and unprofessional - now sit back and watch the Jason fans go into voting overdrive just to prove Alesha wrong.

Tonight should be about who dances the best and much as I don't like Jason particularly, if he wins fair and square, so be it.
