Alesha Dixon has quit the Strictly Come Dancing judging panel, it has been confirmed.
The former Mis-Teeq star will not rejoin colleagues Len Goodman, Craig Revel Horwood and Bruno Tonioli when the BBC competition returns later this year.
"We wish her all the best," a spokesperson for the broadcaster said. "She has done three very successful series with us and we look forward to announcing our new lineup in due course."

Actually I am quite relieved as all those people slagging her off or making personal remarks will soon find a new target to moan about and it is going to be impossible to have everyone agreed on a suitable replacement
. It is clear the BBC still see SCD more as an entertainment show though so lots of changes ahead for next series...
Alesha obviously wants to focus on her music more and rumours are she might be joining BGT...
Ah.. that's good then. I don't watch BGT. 
Whoever replaces Alesha better be good at learning their lines for scripts or making up good catchphrases.
As SCD has been successful in the ratings more entertainment based I can't personally see the BBC going drastically OTT with the changes because they will want this good run to continue for the next series...
