Darlo, I LURVE him big time. I'm not into film stars but fancy the pants off Matt (even thought I know Im barking up the wrong tree) My hubby even refers to him as 'My Matt'.....wish they would utilise him more now that he has gone.

Matt Cutler is fab, talented and a nice guy, they should make more use of him next year is time he gets another great partner and stays in longer. He has all the ladies swooning even though they know he's into men, it's the charm.

I see the SCD website news has been changed.
It now says "Tess Daly presents". No other names are mentioned.
The 5 o'clock news on Radio 4 said the BBC were looking for a temporary replacement for Bruce Forsyth.
So it is still not really clear.

I don't think Bruce will want them to get a temporary replacement for him, because if they do then he is finished, they only want to find someone to do it better than Bruce and he's out.
So I can't see them putting a feller up there to replace him can you?

I would love Anton Du Beke or Paul O'Grady to replace Bruce, or maybe Julian Clary for the controversial factor and scraps with the judges?.


I would probably axe Tess and put Alesha backstage as I feel she would do better there and suit her more but the BBC like her as a judge and so do I. Camilla to go to the judging panel, no Karen because she would probably be too busy... I can dream.

Well, this is an opportunity for them to try out a replacement for Bruce.
I think he is finished now, at his age I really don't think he should be doing this.

His jokes are no longer funny and are usually very embarrassing to those who he is talking about.

They can't get rid of him because of his age, but surely with those jokes it would stand up in court.

Grrr, the more I see of that cassidy woman, the less I like her, and I really disliked her to start with, I mean how dare they cut short Brian and Ali's interview on ITT last night, just so they could show that dreadful gobby bints house, grrrr  I hope she is out of there this weekend, her training show she is the weakest of the remaining contestants.

I totally agree with you Darlo on that...however I fear that Anton's error of judgement a few weeks ago will stop him from even dancing on future SCD never mind taking over from Bruce...but I hope im wrong.

VS hopefully they won't hold it against Anton, he and everyone seems to have moved on, if anything he has learnt a harsh lesson and will be careful about his conduct in future.

I just love the guy, I dont think he meant any offence in what he said and if Laila can get over it then everyone should, I hope he takes over from Bruce.

I've heard that Ronnie Corbett will be hosting with Tess instead of Paul O'Grady as originally rumoured and that the lovely Claudia will be backstage.

It doesn't matter to me who is hosting!  I am looking forward to the dancing.  It's starting to get really interesting and the dancers are getting so much better.  It's getting harder, for me, to find any of them that I want to leave.

I fancy a Natalie Cassidy and Ricky G dance off tonight, getting so tough as the couples keep getting better.

You're probably right about the dance off.  I like Ricky G though, and Natalie is so infectious with her excitement.  I hope Jade gets through all right.  She has really grown on me.

Got a feeling Ricky G might be ok with the public vote tohugh, he probably ended up there last week due to the judges score alone and that was his undoing. The final will be him, Chris Hollins and Phil Tufnell at this rate.

I'm not that keen on Tuffers, tbh.  He wasn't too bad the first few weeks, but he is beginning to grate on me a bit.  Chris is all right, but very weak compared to the others - he's there with Ricky G and Natalie.

I had a feeling Phil would irritate me at the start, then I started to think he was ok and now it's back to square one. He's popular and seems nice but I detect some smugness thinking he'll be fine with the public vote so therefore can be a bit lazy in the dances?.


I would love for Chris to make the final, rumours are although this was from the Daily Star he's been topping the votes...

Chris does have the likability factor and he does work hard.  Now that it's becoming more competitive, all of the dancers need to work hard.  Like Natalie said, they can't be scoring 7's anymore.

Well it depends who the public want to keep in, and who ends up in the dance off.
As long as Ali stays in I'll be happy.
But things don't go as either predicted or expected, so anything can happen.

I think Laila will turn out as a good Dancer though, she seems very nice to me, it's not easy what they are doing, so good luck to them all.

It is so good that there is a whole bunch of them who are improving all the time. I think it makes it a pretty good contest. (Ali and Brian still best for me, though.)

Laila is a good dancer and very nice, she quietly gets on with it so gets through without a fuss on the public vote so far where as some of the more noticeable people have struggled...

I think it's getting hard to know who will go now! There are either good or improved dancers left!

Seen this for the first time now and laughing at how awful it was. Carol getting down and dirty...

I didn't watch the first two series but out of the ones i've seen my fav celebs have been...Tuffers, Austin, Lisa Snowdon, Laila and Martina Hingis who was disgustingly kicked out of the show too early this year, but John from last year was funny and entertaining.

I forgot about JS he was bloody brilliant.
