To be fair to Len, he is a older person and remembers the dances being done differently, and I also find him to be one of the fairer judges.

At least I'm agreeing with Len and not Craig! (Although, I do agree with Craig at times).

A good effort by Craig, but just not there.

Call me old fashioned, but I did not like her outfit at all.  Craig looked like he was dad dancing.

I tend to agree with Craig a lot... and I'm a traditionalist like Len too - as you and Mr Q know!

*panto style*  Oh no they don't!     Seriously, Darlo - I was just thinking if it were me, it wouldn't mean as much coming from Alesha than if it had come from Len or Craig.  I tend not to give as much credence to Bruno's 10s either - he's a bit over emotional with his scores at times.  A 10 from Len or Craig is bloomin' well deserved though.

That was painful to watch.

Obviously from the other judges it would feel so special as they have the knowledge and experience, but a 10 from someone who went through it knows how they are feeling and has done the dances required also would feel great also to me as the other judges obviously don't dance now.

There was too  much stop and start and Joe is so heavy footed.  Not good at all.

Joe finally brings some personality to the floor but still a long way to go, Kristina's choreography normally suits her celebs strengths but it's took time for Joe to get used to it.

I thought it was embarrassing!

Kristina, Joe always looks happy regardless but it didn't feel awkward for once.

Natalie and Vincent, Natalie is such a fun girl but she does tend to irritate me at times.

That looked like a struggle to me.  Didn't like it at all.

Didn't really enjoy that, seemed forced and Natalie seemed out of step.

Something missing there for me.
