I missed it, went out for a curry with some of my family.
I would be happy if it was Chris vs Ali now with Chris winning.
Absolutely loved the Riverdance performance, brought back some lovely memories and with all the talk of dodgy priests, failing economy etc etc it was lovely to feel Irish again for a bit
Matthew Cutler and that new girl make a fantastic partnership don't they?
Can some one please explain the points system to me again. I know Cigs explained it last year but I can't remember how much of the phone vote goes to your points?
I can't stand Bruno!
Just watched and it was probably right Ricky ended up in the dance off, I think it was a good performance but by far his worst with the slips and mistakes however now thats him and Ali that have been bottom 2... i'm convinced Chris will win now and deservedly so it must be true about him topping the votes.
I'm glad Natalie didn't make it to the quarter finals, she would have then got to the same stage as Louisa Lytton with Vincent and I didn't want that to happen. Glad for Laila she did well.
I filled up when Vincent started crying and especially when he said that Natalie was by far his most enjoyable partner (wonder what Rachel made of that!!) and they would be friends forever. She needed to go but there was a bit of me that was rooting for them as well.
I'm not a fan of Ricky on SCD but wish there wasn't such venom sprouted about the lad regarding the incident with the paparazzi. God some of it is vicious.
Moreover if we are to believe the papers this particular pap has been involved in a case with another celeb so lets just wait to see how it pans out.
I loved Ola and Chris last night, thought they were FABULOUS.
Their Charleston was great and their Viennese beautiful.
For me, they remain the clear leaders.
Yeah Chris and Ola were brill, i've liked most of their dances so far because they really are so much fun, upbeat and happy plus they've got charming personalities.
I think Louisa was his best partner by far, they were so suited. I know it's only a TV show but I cried when they left in the quarter finals.
I'm convinced Emma who I did like also got the least votes that night, she was a judges fav and they overmarked her so much but she obviously wasn't popular with the voters due to being in the dance off before...
STRICTLY COME DANCING: BRIAN FORTUNA AND ALI BASTIAN CONFIRM ROMANCE RUMOURS
Friday December 4,2009
STRICTLY Come Dancing partners Ali Bastian and Brian Fortuna have officially confirmed their romance.
And now American dancer Brian has confirmed their onscreen chemistry is the real deal and he has asked Ali out.
The 27-year-old admitted: "I was immediately attracted to Ali, but we have a job to do.
"I thought Ali was beautiful, not only on the outside but on the inside too.
"I like a woman who is family-orientated, sweet with morals and values, has a good work ethic, and is tall with pretty eyes, nice butt and nice legs.
Chris and Ola- Waltz and Samba
Laila and Anton- American Smooth and Salsa
Ricky and Natalie- Foxtrot and Cha Cha Cha
Kristina is rather Lovely, you can't blame Joe.
Adore Ali & Brian, Ali mainly of course.
Could there be a twist like no-one going home tomorrow?, theres only 4 left and due to the circumstances of Jade pulling out it could be a 2 couple final which I really don't want.
And I would have to agree with that, things can change of course, depending on the dances tomorrow.
My favourite 4 from this series all still in so can't wait for tomorrow.
Chris Hollins is the hot tip to win Strictly Come Dancing
By Nicola Methven 5/12/2009
BBC Breakfast reporter Chris Hollins is the hot tip to win Strictly Come Dancing this year - despite not being the best dancer.
The cheeky chappie, who partners Ola Jordan, has become the housewives' choice, thanks to his charming personality.
Now show insiders are predicting Chris, 38, will take the title, even though both Ali Bastian and Ricky Whittle are technically better.
If they can get everyone to vote for Chris they will save a fortune.
Can't think oif any other reason.
With it being a dance competition Chris should never win.
I want Ali to win but would be happy with a Chris win - don't want Ricky to!
Lovely to see you all again.
A big night tonight.
Good luck to all the Dancers, and bad luck to whoever loses out.
Hope Ali does well though.
