That Charleston was a show dance....and any trained dancer in any medium can pick up steps much better than an untrained one

But as a ballet dancer....I had to learn Latin and Flamenco....to learn how to portray emotion....ballroom was much easier to pick up according to those who had to do it

Ah I see, you are a dancer and you know more. So are you saying celebrities with dancing backgrounds should not be allowed? Most of them went to stage school where they would have some dance training.

They learn basic tap,modern and ballet.....they have a grounding,so,no they shouldn't be allowed
