read some of the other forum threads ,some there say that Steve has been complaining about his leg and that he has been limping slightly.I have not noticed anything.
Some are saying its the sympathy vote !
Not my idea of a HM ,but I do hope he is alright.
i heard him say the other day he hopes its not what hes thinking, because its bad news if it is, to do with all the pain hes been in lately.
Sympathy vote? Oh fgs some people make me so mad
At no time at all has he played that card. He has done his best in the house, done his bit in tasks and has never once complained. I hope he gets to the final.

To be fair..... I have noticed him struggling to walk today. His breathing has been very heavy.

Can't take that away from him
He's still in the house after all that.

Agree, and anyone who would stoop so low as to say he is doing this for the sympathy vote should be thoroughly ashamed of themself.

BB should never have made him stand to throw a dart at the bullseye for 45 mins then when he did, they played the music straight after, and he had to do it all again.

I agree LL. I can't understand the awful things being said about him.

Nor me Tayto. It says alot about the people who do say those things, I feel.
Actually, given the remaining HMs, Steve is amongst my top 3 for the final. He's not complained about his lot nor that some of the tasks were not designed for him to fully participate. I hope he's okay.
After he did the darts task he told Jo he was in pain. I think in the real world he uses his wheelchair more. The legs are a new thing.

17.35 Steve is in the Diary Room taking part in the 'rate your mates' task :

Look on the bright side guys, Keeley never came back after leaving for an xray.

If Steve doesn't come back, then Mario is likely to be evicted on Friday.
he's going for an Xray.. .should be any minute now on LF as they said BB told him he'd be leaving around twenty to seven and they are 15 mins behind. .
i have heard him say a number of times this past week that he was in pain and was hoping it wasn't what he thought it was [no elaboration given when he was asked] cos if it was and BB knew they would whip him straight out he said . .sounded serious tbh .. could be a potential amputee complication that often occurs..
He's been on muscle relaxants for the last few days too but seems they aren't working..
I also hear he doesn't spend quite as much time out of his wheelchair in real life but has tried to use his legs more in the house. .tho he stops for rests on the sofa or by the pool a lot..
but hey if some ignorant twats want to say it's just for a sympathy vote and implying, by saying that, that it isn't for real, then shame on them I say..

Not to mention those who slag the guy off for sitting around on the sofa and not doing very much. It obviously hasn't occurred to those people that perhaps the guy might be in pain or some discomfort and actually needs to sit down - especially if he is used to using his wheelchair.
TBH I don't know why he doesn't use his wheelchair more. It's pretty daft to sit there in pain and unable to participate .............I don't think people would have thought any less of him if he'd used his wheelchair more.
LL I won't be a hypocrite and say I am a big fan of Steve but in all honesty there have been times when I have winced when I have seen him in obvious discomfort, especially at the darts challenge. I also got a lump in my throat when he had to be helped into the chair on the nasty noms day. He looked so vulnerable. There is no getting away from the fact that the guy does suffer physical pain and irrespective of what I think of him as a hm, I applaud him for his attempt to get on with a normal life. People now slagging him off regarding the sympathy card, need to shut their horrible gobs

Totally agree with you Fairfax. I am not a massive Steve fan but I agree with what you have said Reference:

It's terrible imo...TBH I'd love him to get the 100k,it would be put to a good use at least.Reference:Longcat

I think he does Longcat it must be painful for him as he has never given himself a rest from wearing those legs,I am sure he said when he is home he is in his wheelchair more.

Josie has said that if she wins she will probably buy him some legs http://bb-cache.channel4.com/b...hopping-list/view.c4

What a shame, it must be bad if he,s leaving the house, hope he comes back and sees off the rest of BB. That was nice of Josie to offer to buy him new legs, doubt if he would take it, but a nice gesture nonetheless
Shabby took it upon herself to announce to Steve the HM's would buy him legs,it will be interesting to see just how many keep their word.

I'm wondering if all the HM feel they have to buy Steve new legs..Was Josie serious, it sounds as funny as the chimp comment, when i first read it, until i thought she was serious.
Josie thinks she has this BB in the bag.

Oh dear meaty, shouldnt laugh but ...........
He might have lost a bit of weight in the house and his stump might not be as snug in the leg fitting any more. Heather Mills had that problem in Dancing On Ice, it must be really painful.

Puts Pea shooter away I'm still convinced as she has a pass to final she thinks she has this won.
I doubt a hundred grand would buy him proper legs he said he was given legs but preferred the ones he is using,Hi Tech legs would cost a lot of money, I dont think it was fair that shabby should have said what anyone should do with their winnings.

yes well Evelyn she may be right, there isnt anyone in there to stop her really is there? Perhaps Corin will give her a run for her money, we shall see.....................
