If we are not allowed to watch, why would we be discussing it in the Big Brother forum?

I watched it

They count the viewing figures from people who have those black box thingies that records which channels you are watching. You have to have agreed to have one in your house.

There is NO way they can see what channel you are watching unless you have one of them.

So by refusing to watch in protest about the red button you are only denying yourself and not making a blind bit of difference to the viewing figures

I've never watched the HL shows though...except when I've had to to catch up...Im a LF saddo!!

So for me there is no BB this year...not through me denying myself but C4 denying me.

Watch and vote away though with all the other nonsense going on the world if BB makes you (us) laugh and takes peeps away from all the crap...it can only be a good thing.

Oh don't get me wrong Pesky I'm very much a LF person myself and usually have it on all day through the red button..... BUT the highlight show (crap and biased as it is) is a way of catching up on what has happened. For instance when it went to LF the other night I was "oooh when did they get the kitchen!" lol

I wish I could watch...not adding to the viewing figures would be an added bonus....I'm just to damned suspicious and would end up launching everything not nailed down in the front room at the TV...then coming on here with some very extreme conspiracy theories!

I'm ot watching either on principle. I know its like cutting off my nose to spite my face but i really believe this rubbish they have presented us with this year is NOT BB.

If they were presenting it as a totally new show, that would be fine for some, but dont call it Big Brother.Call it 'Peep Show', or something, but to pass it off as BB to all the LF fans is just not on.

It's red button or nothing for me, but ,as i've said befoe, I'm glad the people who only ever watched the highlights have got a ind of show back.
