She should have it cut short, get it back into good condition and then grow it again.
I was really shocked when I realised just how thin her hair really is. It's a mess, and all her twisting of it damages it even further.

Get it cut Sophie, it will look so much better!

I'm sure an appointment with a hairdresser will be one of her first priorities once out of there.

It'll soon be sorted once she's out ..... It's amazing what can be done with some product & a few well applied extentions

She needs to leave it alone for a while to recover,however she'll go straight out to get more glue in extensions.

Rod and Siavash both suggested it would be better without those extensions. I agree a shorter, more modern style would suit her.
