When Sophie rushed back to the bench to report her observations to Lisa regarding what was said in the Kitchen, it confirmed in my mind that she is still under Lisa's control and will continue to be until she or Lisa is evicted.

Shame, I thought she might have a mind of her own. I was wrong.

I thought the same too spiderM, I was so disappointed in her, but she is a nice girl, just easily influenced.

Just watched it back - she was not rushing - and looked indecisive until Lisa spoke.

So, why tell lies? Confused

Dogface hasnt got a lot to say about anything except when she's had a sniff of booze and THEN all u get out of her is 'I'm pissed' - its the only thing she says that u can understand - if though she's lying Big Grin

They like her but obviously she cares nothing for them, it's not the first time she'd said stuff about them. Sophie may be quieter and easily led, but she can be snidey like the rest of them. If she's being nice and getting on with both groups, why run and shit stir to Lisa?

In the same way that yourself and the OP do exactly the same - by using words such as 'run' and 'rushing' which are complete fabrications of what was shown.

If anything she is nervously making her way across from the house - and Lisa plays her before she even reaches the bus stop.

In the closing moments of the show we saw that Sophie would rather go hungry than cause any further trouble. She doesn't smoke, she didn't eat, and she barely gets a say - yet the high horse brigade on here somehow find her guilty??? Confused

You like her, I don't find her the least bit entertaining, she's said things before without any prompt from Lisa. She said she was dieting and wanted no food, there was no need for her to give up her food. She's obviously being nice to Freddie, Siavash and Noirin to their faces, they think she's really nice. I can't see the problem of getting along with both sides if she wanted too, without telling lida and co everything.

I was hoping that she was beginning to see the light. She has just shown what a silly little girl she is and has done herself no favours. Unfortunately, she probably will not be evicted because there are worse in there that need to go first.

Marcus bitching, backstabbing and stirring in the kitchen about Karly and Lisa gave Sophie a dilemma to deal with. Earlier in the show we had heard her nominate Noirin and Marcus – one of the reasons that she gave was that they were scheming; now we see Sophie was correct with this assessment. I think she is in a no win situation at this point; if she doesn’t tell Lisa and Karly about the discussion in the kitchen she is two faced, if she does, then she looks to be stirring. Regardless, she at least has her nomination decisions confirmed.

If Marcus had not spoken about Lisa and Karly behind their backs the situation would not have arisen – until then, Sophie appeared to be happily chatting with Siavash in the kitchen.

She would've earned more respect if she did not go rushing out to tittle tattle to Lisa. Why could she not have shown some individuality? I do admire your defending of her all the time, but sometimes you have to hold your hand up and say "yes she was wrong in what she did" Nod
Oh and before you say it, as much of a Freddy fan that I am, I have criticised him when I think he has done something wrong Big Grin

But are you criticising Marcus who clearly orchestrasted the whole incident?

I'm sure Sophie was quite content simply chatting with Siavash at the kitchen table before Marcus began bitching.

Why should I criticise Marcus? Confused I happen to think that he was spot on with what he said (if you are talkig about the food situation). No-one forced her to go running out to the garden to tell Lisa did they? She just showed how immature she was and really which "side" she would like to stay on. I was hoping to see a more pleasant side to her once Kris went. Perhaps when Karly goes, we might do.

I wish you could see the errors in your perspective. There was no "running", this point is being fabricated. I think people need to watch the edit back they will see that it was a decision of conscience from Sophie. Whether it was the right decision is another matter.

Once again, if Marcus had not been bitching in front of her about the group that she is more friendly with, the incident would not have happened.

Well I am not going to argue with you, as it would be a waste of my time.

We obviously see things entirely differently and you will not see that Sophie is ever in the wrong Shake Head

Sophie made a decision, she is being judged on that decision. Whether it was the right decision or the wrong decisinn, there is room for an opinion in her defence, i believe.

I don't necessarily disagree with the point that she could have let it go and ignored it.

Sophie is a little bit like piggy in the middle. She liked by most in the house and I am sure she would prefer it if there was not such a divide. She did appear to be nervous about the food situation and decided ,possibly, to do without her share of the food to placate all concerned.Mainly though so Lisa could have her share of the food!I don't think she had a choice when Lisa asked her what was going on...likely that she would not like to incur the wrath of the revengeful one!
