Rodrigo is petulant and seems to think that he can do things which he tells others off for.

Rodrigo has much better intentions than Charlie could ever dream of having, Rodrigo just has a fiery temperement.

Charlie is nasty with his pranks...lest we forget Charlie and I think Kris, throwing water all over Angel and her eviction outfit, as she sat on her own minding her own business, sewing/altering her eviction outfit.
