Marcus and Sophie were discussing this just now!
He tried to influence their nominations.
Isn't that what he got the (non) punishment for?

Yep influencing (he did)
Not discussing.
Not discussing.

Extremely Tequila.
It will get easier Tates the more you do it
are you sure you hate Tayto
They said he did it on a number of occassions
It was Sophie that couldn't wait to point out (wrongly) what he was doing by claiming (wrongly again) that he was influencing nominations.
He never discussed nominations and even if he did wouldn't have been a punishment to the whole house offence.
BB used his "rule break" to get Siavash off the hook.
And it's worked as the FM's on here are focusing on Marcus for the rule break and TOTALLY ignoring what Siavash did, which was the bigger rule break.

I don't think anyones focusing on just Marcus' rule break. They are both getting chewed up for it.
Totally ignoring Vash's rule break? Yeah right.

Did his discussion with Sophie last night about calling David names have anything to do with it or was that done before all this came up?

I agree.
Marcus just said he wants to go, plenty of HMs have said that in this series and in past series without it being regarded as discussing nominations.
I want to be clear that I quite like Siavash but I do believe his failure to nominate is a more obvious rule break but I don't feel he should be condemned for it as he has been.
Marcus came under the same criticism that Siavash is now getting and I said at the time about Marcus and now say it wrt Siavash..
The HMs are human, with human emotions.
Siavash feels down at the moment give him time, he'll come out of it as Marcus has.
