I kind of agree with you Vid, and know where you're coming from, but mistresses believing the flannel that the married man comes out with is very common; they will tell them ANYthing in order to have an affair with them.  And SOMEtimes they are so desperate for a relationship with that man, that they do genuinely believe him.   Imogen really is dumb though IMO and probably did believe everything this dude said, (she is daft enough and naive enough.)

But she went into a relationship with a married man (and a rich one at that,) and she should have know that at the end of the day, she would be second best to his wife and family.  And she MUST have known that because she is kind of famous and he is famous too, that the press would have a field day with it.  IMO, all the is pissed off about is the fact that she can't make trillions of pennies from the tabloids with her tacky little kiss-and-tell story.

I can understand people feeling a bit sorry for her because she does come across as genuinely hurt, but I do believe that she knew what she was getting herself into, and she is just sore because she can't make money from the story.  Everyone knows who the footballer is anyway, so I don't know why she is kicking up such a fuss!!!

Have you seen Robbie Keane's wife?  She's really gorgeous!  I don't get it.

Mind you, she looks like she could pack a punch if provoked.

If it was Ryan Giggs I'd be really, really shocked ~ Mr Squeaky Clean!

Claudene Keane is hot, not only that she has brains and a degree in Business and Finance.

Must admit i'll be disappointed if it is Giggsy even though Imogen is hot, wouldn't change my opinion of him at playing football but as a person my opinion of him will be a bit different than before. His wife is pretty too and looked happy out with him last night at the United player of the year awards.

Reports on online gooner that another married footballer (England International) has got a super injunction. Interestingly he got it with the woman he's allegedly been having an affair with.

Obviously one of their 'friends' had decided to sell the story to make a few bob but whoever the woman is she wants to keep her privacy.

I'm with GJoe on the smokescreen effect of all this carp. The real agenda I believe is to get the courts used to handing out these super injunctions (which are not really based on any law) for celebs caught with their pants down so that they will be handing them out when politicians/Royals/business leaders etc are up to far more serious wrongdoing than dipping their wicks.

She should have known better than to get involved with a married man, and for that she is partly to blame, though it was him (whoever he is) who made promises to his wife when he married her, so should really take the responsibility, Imogen never made any promises to his wife....and I would put money on the fact he would have cheated on his missus regardless of imogen...

Rubbish.  Parliamentary privilege exists for a very good reason.  To allow mps and lords to speak freely.  What would you rather?  Have select committees etc tied up by libel lawyers going after them ad infinitum.

But some are saying this MP is a self publicist and had abused this parliamentary privilege.
