I was under the impression that re-offending was quite high among sex offenders.  I'm not sure why anyone should pay attention to a 'reader in law at the London School of Economics'.

 

The comment "despite growing public concern over paedophilia, the numbers of child sex murders are very low" beggars belief.  Well, that's all right then! As long as they don't actually kill the children!
