On LF last night, the fragrant and so very ~~manipulative~~ misunderstood Noirin, gave us one of her messianic offerings.

Once again dear forum, she said that she hoped that we were all learning from her. This got me to pondering what have I learned from Noirin.

Well, that simply popping to WHSmith, purchasing a Sharpie and drawing on a pair of comedy glasses can be just as effective as Schema Therapy.
