It really is an achievement as he didn't do any kind of training for it...guess what the fool did?

He twisted his knee and so in his wisdom put sticky fabric round it to support it (the kind the plasters are made of)...ha ha, you should've heard him when i ripped it off this morning... Not that I took any pleasure in seeing his pain you understand

He is now sporting a completely bald left knee

Well one Mr D he did fantastic raising all that money for charity, I hope his knee is not causing him a lot of pain it does sounds very painful

Well done Mr D The charity he did it for is one that's pretty close to my heart (as is Arthritis Care) and probably doesn't get as much exposure as some others.

The fool is already thinking of doing another one in April

My late brother broke 3 of his toes in a fall and the hospital used sticky tape to tape up his leg from toes to knee.
Poor little soul had been severely brain damaged at birth and couldn't tell us how he felt but after several weeks my mother had to remove the tape from his very hairy leg!!!!
As mum started to remove it big clumps of dried blood were seen so the doctor came out to see him (no skin had been broken in his fall). Fortunately as mum got the rest of the tape off, his skin was intact (which was a huge relief)but it was hard to credit that the hospital had stuck so much sticky tape straight on to a hairy leg on someone so vulnerable.
