I'm not fat but I do have a bit of a pot belly that I find impossible to shift!!

Does anyone have any tips that will be effective for a quick fix?

I am currently doing the plank (its an exercise you life flat and strain your tummy muscles), crunches and I am considering the Kellogg's diet in the fortnight running up to when I go away.

So any tips would be well received! Thanks Smiler

What do you suggest eating, I was eating pasta but it is high in carbs isn't it? Granary bread? What about potatoes etc?

Besides for a tummy tuck there isn’t any ‘quick fix’, exercise etc will take at least 6 weeks to show any significant difference. Make sure you drink loads of water to help your digestion; poor digestion can make your belly noticeably bloat.

Cut out pasta, rice, potatoes... Eat more proteins like chicken, fish and beef with vegetables.. Snack on fruits instead of junk stuff....
