Just over 20 months in Korea, 2 weeks in Australia and now I'm back. Actually I've been back since Friday, but took the weekend to sleep off the trip.

I gotta say, I'm not adjusting too well.  I've been applying for jobs in the U.K during my last few months in Korea, but I'm really not sure if I want to stay here. Think i'll give it a month, depending on job situations. It's all a bit too grey at the moment.

Hello, by the way.

I think that some people once they have sampled life in other countries realise that living there is something you could and do want to do. If there is little keeping you here and you know that life in another country could be better for you then go or it.

Life is short and my advice to anyone is go for what you want.

Personally I like this country especially the seasons and could not see myself living anywhere else.

Anyway, welcome back and good luck on the job front.

Hello, by the way.

Welcome back globetrotter xx Sorry you got the back home blues

Welcome home, Rawky!

The same thing happened to my sister (only, of course, it was the States she found she couldn't be happy in), and she's been all over. Currently in Saudi Arabia, of all places, wearing an abaya.

At any rate, it's given her a different perspective on life and the world, one which I value and respect.
