It is funny tho how lastnight Charlie gets "upset" in the DR because Rodrigo throws some luke warm water over him BUT then spits water at someone else, and thats meant to be acceptable.

It depends on what context it was done, if it was water in the mouth and in a "joking" way then he may be alright, but knowing him there might have been some nastiness involved dressed up as humour.
