I'm torn between Ronnie and Ali Carter

Oh dear spider I am terribly torn here.

My 2 favourite players are Mark Selby and Ken Doherty. It is sods law that they face each other.

Should be a fantastic game of tactics and break building.  Shame as you say that they must meet this early.

It was frustrating earlier to hear sound from the other table yet not be able to watch.
The main channel and the 'red button' were both showing the same match.
I don't see the sense of that.
Since they reserved ch.302 for HD there are fewer red button options now.

And yes Stephen Hendry is still playing - he played earlier today in fact. The match concludes tomorrow.

Ronnie's not 'til Tuesday, Aimee.  He's against Liang Wembo (I've probably spelled that wrong).  He's quite a new player but incredibly good.  It won't be a walk in the park for Ronnie by any means.

The World Snooker site says Ronnie O'Sullivan v Liang Wenbo start tomorrow (Monday) at
2.30 and continue on Tuesday at 2.30.

Today mainstream telly opens at 3.45.
But at 2.30 on the red button (Channel 301) they are showing the continuation of the
Mark Selby / Ken Doherty match.

Poor Ken...

Any way of finding out which game is featured on the late night Snooker Extra programme each night?  So I can avoid seeing the final score in advance...

I cannot find a way of finding which matches will be shown.
Several different sources all say - vaguely - "highlights of the days play".
Sorry. (But if I do find out I'll let you know of course.)

Thanks brisket.  The trouble is the main highlights show (just before snooker extra) tells you all the results for the day, which spoils the Snooker Extra show which follows.  They should say "look away now" like they do with the football.
