Life's a Birch. 

They've stopped doing local honey. Later on in the year when I make my delicious fruit of the hedge back confitures, I may hold some back for May and see if that works.

I keep hearing about that. Wonderful idea and worth trying. 

It worked for me last time I had hay fever Mr summer found some honey this year, he was just out walking and seen a little stall at the end of someone's garden

I can now reveal that the term tipsy does not exist in our family. We prefer terms such as blotto, mortal, or semi lethal amounts of alcohol.
