Will someone tell me more about this exclusive 'Masterchef' Spag Bol please.

I know it's a bit boring but I really do love a nice Spag Bol ( my own in particular) - when we are away or for any length of time I yearn for my Spag Bol - Mr Woo on the other hand suffers withdrawl from Fish and Chips and a nice roast dinner.

Soozy, after each episode Joe comes on asking if anyone has cooked anything that 'normal' people eat - like Spaghetti Bolognese.
