I am past caring.

I sort of agree and don't – I love smileys but they should be used to add to the tone of a post or whatever. Tons of them in sigs is a bit distracting...

I enjoy the smileys, and have found some good one's just can't get the hang of adding them to my posts.

I dont like smilies either....and lately I have been using them like punctuation

I stopped using them for ages but some people seem to take offence if you are being sarky and dont go

Smillies are the work of the devil, and should be burned at the stake.

Too many smillies mean people lose the art of sommit or other.

Smileys are evil.

I think some fm will just come on a thread post a smiley n go,maye ive done it afew times but dont often as some lol

I like smileys. People get the wrong end of the stick on forums often enough, but without a way to indicate the tone you intend (joking, sarky, whatever) it'd be even worse.
