No spoilers because I haven't seen it yet.

I diverted from m'bike ride to visit a small Sainsbury's where I understood it was £7. At the checkout they tried to charge me fifteen poonds.

Thus after  some argy bargy and cancelation it was returne dto the stand. I didn't have my spex and in fact it says £7 *

* when spending £30 or more.

I'm going to download it off Virgin for a fiver.

Haven't seen it, no intention of watching it ( although Mr C has bought the DVD £10 at Tesco), and in my opinion the worst Bond theme song ever. It just reminds me of when Vic Reeves does a song in the style of a pub singer.

Well, I have no idea how you have managed to avoid the spoilers, so I won't say anything about the film here, suffice to say I enjoyed it (not the best Bond IMO) but a good action film.

I saw it in IMAX and really, really enjoyed the experience.

It is by a massive amount the most financially lucrative Bond film ever. I have found it has been well received by non Bond fans.

Apparently it'll be available from Virgin for £3 on Friday Carport!

Hi Cinds, I've found even non Bond fans have enjoyed it. My colleague even bought it on blu-ray and he is a self confessed non Bond fan.

I am a massive fan of the Bond soundtracks owning all of them on CD including all the associated singles. But for me the worst Bond theme has to be Chris Cornell's You Know My Name from Casino Royale.

In the sense they are about a British spy who has adventures all over the world, drinking Vodka Martini's, meeting attractive women, driving nice cars and using the odd gadget, but on a simplistic level you could say the same about any film franchise or TV soap...etc.

They are not for everyone, but Skyfall seems to have appealed to more people than any other film.

Also, it's the 7th highest grossing film of all time!
