I have Sky HD + but can't get my red interactive button to work with my new telly. I've phoned the so called customer services and having kept me on the phone for 10 minutes going through the usual turn on turn off procedures, the red button still won't work (I wanted to watch a rugby match on Sky sports 2 but you had to go through the interactive red button and choose the match otherwise you ended up with football).
I was then informed that it's a known fault and to just be patient and it'll be sorted out soon.
I'm a bit miffed by that statement but I was wondering how widespread is this problem and do any of you who have Sky HD+ have the same problem (the normal boxes are fine) before I write one of my Mrs Angry complaints to them
