Can't agree, Bea is not as nasty as Noirin. She is funny, she's kind, and supportive.

I have noticed some similarities cropping up and until I see for myself, evidence of Lisa flirting with Bea or of anybody else apart from Freddie being the slightest bit admiring, I will consider it just her own way of making herself seem desirable. Marcus has stated to her face that he likes girls "like you Bea" but he seems to spend much of his time in a prone position, hardly a man panting around like a dog on heat. Tom wasn't the slightest bit interested and Siavash is too far down in the doldrums to really care one way or the other.
I wouldn't say she is copying Noirin though Noirin did manipulate truth quite a bit at the end of her time in the house, especially in the way that she retold her conversation with Siavash, to Isaac.
I also think she is irritated by Sophie's "dumbness" and quickly manoeuvers any conversation they have together.
