Don't use it as your default browser it sucks major league. It's perfect for this place (I don't know why) so just use it for this site alone and your normal browser for everything else. That's what works for me

I have to say Prom - I use Google chrome and I can't see what the difference is.
I really like it - I like how it bookmarks and the tabs are straight forward enough .

Me too ............i was reluctant to change because I get stuck in a rut - however since swapping to Chrome I find I actually prefer it to IE.

I read about that, it was listed that the number was Cheryl Coles and that it was her house for sale... tbh, serves those that were thick enough to ring in right for harrasing a celebrity

If you're happy with it that's great I much prefer IE but it's really no great deal to fire up GC just for this place. Strange though that other browsers have varying degrees of success and GC always works.

I can't understand Eva Cassidy being acrobatic,she sings straight and true in my opinion.. Mariah Carey has a unique voice but wastes it on being "acrobatic".When good singers syncopate it gets on my wick especially on cover versions, why not sing straight and true ?

They were not poor... of course no one could match The Beatles, but from 1992 to 2000 Oasis were the best band. And with what there is these days, they probably would of still been the best right up to now. Lennon was Liam Gallaghers idol, didnt copy him... but looked to him as a role model. Unfortunatly Liams voice aged and he was crap from 2003 onwards. People simply don't like Oasis because of Liams ego.

First of all please do not diss my opinion as being nonsense.
Oasis IMO are and were vastly over rated as a band.
Their songs are not that good - OMG the lyrics to "She's Electric" could have been written by a 5 year old.
And could you please tell me what a Wonderwall is?
And perhaps you could also explain the lyric

"Today is gonna be the day 
That they're gonna throw it back to you 
By now you should've somehow 
Realized what you gotta do"

None of it makes sense and you have to try that hard to understand a song then it isn't much of a song.

Speaking of vocal acrobatics another singer I absolutely detest is Annie Lennox. When she sang There Must Be An Angel she couldn't stick to the melody for five seconds without warbling all over the scale. Horrible voice, horrible singer.

MrMince sorry but Oasis are probably the most over-rated band of all time. All their songs sound like third rate John Lennon B sides and their lyrics are just ridiculous (what the f*ck is a wonderwall anyway?). The Beatles wrote classics. Oasis are what the Beatles would have been like if they had no talent and pretty much just wrote the same song over and over changing the lyrics for each one. I know it's fashionable to like them but I change channels on the TV and radio the second I hear any of their drivel.

Your pin pointing some of their weaker songs... Wonderwall isnt a favourite of mine, but I believe a wonderwall is someone that they you are attracted to.  The likes of Don't Look Back In Anger & Morning Glory were great. A 5 year old? I wouldnt bet on that, those in the music industry today are manufactured bands and have to have their songs written for them. They were great live aswell... really got the crowd going. Call them what you like, but I would defend them to the day I die Theres nothing wrong with being inspired by other bands.

I am sure Kings of Leon, the Killers, Maroon 5 , Muse, Take That ( they do write their own stuff and are fantastic live),My Chemical Romance, the Script,Florence and the Machine.. ( I could go on) are all over joyed to know they are in fact manufactured bands and have to have their songs written for them .
