He would of been nominated anyway... and Freddie would of been up aswell so it could of been Siavash v Freddie, i feel sorry for whoever is the third up now though... they stand no chance

It won't be... all HMs must nominate two other HMs so they will have to choose someone else other than Siavash.

if Siavash is up automatically then the others will vote as usual but will not be allowed to vote Siavash, so we will have Siavash and another 2 or more.
