I saw that too. She used the word perceived not because it made sense in the context of the sentence but because she thinks it's a word that makes her sound intelligent. 'reasonably sadistic' simply makes no sense. I actually think she's quite thick.

A few long words and an RP accent can fool quite a lot of people though...
i'll give her the benefit of the doubt on this one as i'm sure she has a carefully thought out scale of Sadism of her own invention in her head, and therefore would be able to give a much more accurate definition of where an act would come on its spectrum than us mere non-sadistic people would.
