I have a theory that on Fridays the workforce at the factory have a game whereby they throw all the different packets of slips, screws and things not known to man into a big bowl and then they put them with the boxes of wooden boards willy nilly.

I just picked up the bag of assorted screws and just put them down again

because I have shares in lidl's and would have your photo posted in every branch wit DO NOT SERVE

you see you should NEVER post a photo of yourself for others to see

I'm a dab hand at building furniture, but then I love jigsaw puzzles. Have a B&D powertool and a ratchet screwdriver. These are a few of my favourite things!

i also adore harvey nichols harrods and fortnum and mason

but have more fun in primark

i loathe shopping snobs

i bought an electric scewdriver but it goes backwards

I like self assembly stuff. I have lots of tools too. I think I must have been a man in a previous life, and some of it stuck!

Self-assembly is a guide not a command Lil

I love putting things together. In fact I take things apart just to see how they work and then try and put them back together.
I have boxes of bits that have been left over, but very rarely does the item not work as advertised when finished.
Computers are things I hate, you do not fix them you just replace the broken bit. Boring.

Lil! I was only recently thinking I'd not seen you here for a while

I'm the self-assembly queen in our house. If the OH does it, there's always a few bits left over

And there's always one or two pieces missing, and you can't identify from the diagram which exact bit they are referring to. My hubby once put together a tall bookshelf and it was never really stable and when we took it to pieces to get rid of it we found out he had put the base bit on upside down

Oh I love building flat pack!! I usually break a nail undoing the box though!

There is a task for next years BB.
People send in there flat packs for the housemates to assemble.
That would be entertaining.
