yes Kaytee in teaching they are and all others posts  in schools via the local authority but I retired from teaching and now do supply - so I go to schools via an agency - therefore more freedom

  was Head of Additional Learning needs and taught English in a comp - and the job was getting bigger and bigger and more bureaucratic  so retired a couple of years before I intended to
