Google mainly, Bing sometimes - there's another one, but I forget what it's called.

And yes, Ask(Jeeves) is still there. I have used it occasionally, more by accident though.

Yeah, seems quite reasonable to me. Actually, sometimes I'm not sure if I've used Google or Bing. They seem quite similar.

Haven't seen it for ages. Could be that it's gone - or just that Google and Bing are better at grabbing your searches.

And thanks for mentioning Alta Vista. That's the one I used to use all the time, before Google and Bing appeared.

Netscape is an ISP, I believe. Netscape Navigator was their browser. It lost out mainly to Microsft's Internet Explorer. I'm not sure if it's still useable though.

Apparently Netscape was bought by AOL who finally pulled the plug on it in March 2008.

Apparently also it served as the basis for Mozilla Firefox.

I sometimes use Yahoo but mainly google.  What ever happened to altavista?   I used to use Copernicus but I think that's gone now
