I recall castles were usually kicked over within 2 minutes of carefully being tipped from the bucket.
They have some of this down in the Port where it's pretty sheltered and out of the tide's reach. Clever impressive stuff.
As Cold Sweat mentioned, my bucket and spade sand castles lasted a lot less.
