No, he's still bad and competing with our 12 year old son, who, when I just told him to let me know if he wants anything, asked for a bell!  

my Lads room is over the kitchen - he used to bang on the floor with a cricket bat  when it got too much I used to escape to the lounge where I couldnt hear it 

hope they are both well soon 

love or hate him Jen he makes no secret of the fact he has loved every minute 

he hasnt had an easy life and I do get what he means by feeling safe and protected in there - really pleased he has enjoyed it and maybe he has learnt and grown maturity from it 

I was singing that in my head too 

No Dad - just a Mum who he lives with and Nan - his Mum suffers from crohn's [ I think I have that right] and had to be highly medicated to go to see X Factor - am hoping she is there tonight for him but maybe not due to the weather
