As long as Freddie and Noirin are nominated by the housemates the newbies will pass. If say like Lisa or Marcus is also up then they would also be involved in the eviction as normal.

If Lisa/Roddy only nominate and they both vote Noirin/Freddie then has the task been passed? what happens to the HMS that have refused to nominate,they should automatically be up!!
