I have had a few of these. I just deleted it. A bit worrying if  you have ordered something though. If you read it carefully you can see its a scam. Some dont unfortunately. Can you just forward it to Amazon if you have the address? Although they may be aware anyway, as its gone on for a bit. 
Good you have brought this to peoples attention tho, especially at this time when people are ordering stuff

Trying to get me to open a zip file to view my order which may ask for details from me OR be a virus

If it came through Hotmail, now Outlook, there is a report thing under, 'Swipe'. If not cant help.

Yes look for it, if you received the email through Outlook. 
Preparing the evening meal just now, so have to get off. I am not good at these things anyway. Maybe its not swipe  Waste of time my posts were then

As they were asking you to open a zip file then it's definitely a virus in that zip file. Amazon's ordinary emails don't have attachments.

 

Maybe its not Swipe ??!!

I had one of these emails a couple of weeks ago!

I deleted it, without clicking on the attachment, and then logged in to my amazon account from the website to change my password

I order from Amazon, so thanks for the heads up, Sainty.
